Telehealth allows me to provide counseling and therapy to clients via secure, HIPAA compliant, live video conferencing. This can be done confidentially anywhere you have a computer or smartphone, as long as you have a private space where you can not be overheard and are free from interruptions.
In addition to providing a health-centered space for counseling, telehealth appointments can be very beneficial if getting to a traditional in-person appointment is not convenient, or you simply just don’t want to. Couples must be in the same physical space together; this allows for direct eye contact and the opportunity for physical touch and comfort.
This telehealth solution allows you to have the entire therapy session take place digitally from the convenience of your home or office and save time typically spent driving to and from your appointment. Please note that you must physically be in Massachusetts or Maine during our sessions as that is where I am licensed.
